  • 3 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon optional
  • ½ tsp Chopped walnuts or chocolate chips optional

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.InsertRetry
  • Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
  • Combine the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using) until well blended. You can also add walnuts or chocolate chips at this stage if desired.
