Prepare the Meat: Season boneless beef short ribs with salt and pepper.

Deglaze the Pan: If using, add red wine and scrape the pan, simmering for 2 minutes.
Add Ingredients: Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf.
Braise: Return short ribs to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
Serve: Remove bay leaf and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
