Ingredients

  • 1 Large head of romaine lettuce washed and chopped
  • 1 cup Homemade or store-bought croutons
  • ½ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing homemade or store-bought
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a spacious mixing bowl, toss together the freshly chopped romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing until the leaves are evenly coated and glistening. Toss until well coated.
  • Add the croutons and half of the Parmesan cheese. Gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately, garnishing each plate with the remaining Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper.

Notes

  • For a heartier meal, add grilled chicken or shrimp.
  • Adjust the amount of dressing to your taste preference.
