Campbell Soup Green Bean Casserole

- 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 cups cooked green beans fresh, frozen, or canned
- 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup, milk, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth.
Add the cooked green beans to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Fill a casserole dish with oil and pour in the green bean mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the crispy fried onions evenly over the top.
After five more minutes, or until the onions are golden and crispy, put the oven back in and continue to bake.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and reduced-sodium soup.
- Fresh green beans can be steamed or blanched before adding to the casserole.
