  • ¼ cup of cream, milk, or a non-dairy alternative optional, for creamy soups
  • 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning e.g., Italian herbs, paprika, or garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil or butter
  • Fresh herbs for garnish e.g., parsley or basil

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add your fresh or frozen vegetables and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in the canned soup and cooked protein.
  • If using cream or milk, slowly mix it in for a richer texture.
  • Season with your chosen spices, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and a side of crusty bread.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use plant-based milk and omit the animal protein.
