Caprese Pasta Salad Recipe
A fresh and flavorful pasta salad inspired by the classic Caprese flavors. Perfect for summer gatherings or a quick lunch!

- 8 oz (2 cups) cooked pasta penne, fusilli, of bowtie
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini) halved
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the pasta as directed on the package. Once cooked, drain it and rinse under cold water to lower the temperature.
In a spacious bowl, mix the pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze over the mixture. Gently toss to ensure all components are evenly coated.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your preference.
You may serve it right away or refrigerate it it for 20 minutes before serving.
- Add a pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- If you don’t have an alsamic glaze, use balsamic vinegar and a touch of honey.
