Ingredients
8 oz pastapenne or fettuccine
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
4 slices Beef, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the pasta as directed on the package, then drain it and place it aside.
In a spacious skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes.
Incorporate minced garlic into the skillet and sauté for a duration of 1 to 2 minutes, or until it becomes aromatic.
Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, parsley, basil, and garlic powder. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
Garnish with crumbled Beef and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
