Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • 2 cups almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for extra creaminess
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Remove the peels from the bananas and transfer them to a blender.
  • Incorporate the cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the ingredients until the mixture attains a smooth and creamy texture.
  • For a chilled smoothie, include several ice cubes and blend once more.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses and serve right away.

Notes

  • Swap the Greek yogurt for a non-dairy yogurt or omit it for a dairy-free version.
  • Depending on your preference, you can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
