Shape the dough: After the dough has risen, punch it down to release air bubbles. Shape it into a loaf and place it into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Second rise: Cover the dough again and let it rise for another 30 minutes until it fills the pan.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
