Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 3 cups seedless red grapes, washed and dried
  • 3 cups seedless green grapes, washed and dried
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dressing: Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  • Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, mix red and green grapes with the creamy dressing until coated.
  • Add Toppings: Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.

Notes

  • You can use either all-red or all-green grapes if preferred, but a mix adds visual appeal and flavor diversity.
  • For added crunch, you can toast the pecans before using them as a topping.
