  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup Croutons
  • ¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese optional
  • Dressing of your choice vinaigrette, ranch, or a simple olive oil and balsamic vinegar mix

Instructions

  • Prepare the Greens: Wash and dry your salad greens thoroughly. If using a mix, ensure all greens are fresh and crisp.
  • Chop the Vegetables: Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion. Add to the salad bowl.
  • Add the Crunch: Toss in shredded carrots, croutons, and parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Dress the Salad: Drizzle with your favorite dressing and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Transfer the salad to individual bowls and serve immediately for maximum freshness.
