1package(10 oz) frozen chopped spinachthawed and well-drained
1packageKnorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
1cupsour cream
1cupmayonnaise
1can (8 oz) water chestnuts,drained and chopped (optional)
3green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the thawed spinach, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well combined.
Stir in the chopped water chestnuts and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) to allow flavors to blend.
