Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach thawed and well-drained
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the thawed spinach, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped water chestnuts and green onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) to allow flavors to blend.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers like fresh veggies, crackers, or a sourdough bread bowl.

Notes
