Ingredients

  • 8 Oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 4 Bagels or slices of crusty bread
  • 8 Oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Capers drained
  • 1 Small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Bagels or Bread: Toast the bagels or bread until golden brown.
  • Spread the Cream Cheese: Generously spread the softened cream cheese on each toasted bagel or slice of bread.
  • Layer the Salmon: Arrange the smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.
  • Add Toppings: Scatter capers, red onion slices, and avocado on top of the salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish and Serve: Finish with a sprig of fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
